UTEN USA Terms of Use

Welcome to UTEN USA! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the UTEN USA website located at utenusa.com and any related services, features, content, and applications offered by UTEN USA (collectively, the "Services").

UTEN USA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM UTEN USA ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, UTEN USA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
